Getting started
Open the app in your Shopify admin, then add its block or switch on its embed in the theme editor (Online Store, Themes, Customize).
A block shows nothing
Open the app once in your Shopify admin and check its Plan page, then reload your store.
Flat Sticky's bar does not show
If your theme has its own sticky add to cart bar switched on (Horizon, Broadcast and Focal do), that is the only reason. Our bar stays hidden so the two never overlap. Switch the theme's bar off in the theme editor and ours shows.
Billing
All charges go through Shopify and appear on your Shopify bill. To cancel, uninstall the app the plan was started in.
