Your files. Your next step.

Purchased on Etsy?

Open Etsy in a web browser and go to your purchases. Digital orders have a download option. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.

Have a website order link?

Use the private download link provided after a successful payment. New website payments are not active yet. Adding an item to your cart does not create a purchase or unlock downloads.

Need help opening a file?

Review the software requirements and the instructions supplied with your product. If a file is missing or does not open, contact the shop through your order.
